Board of Directors, Member [Multiple Openings)
Board Members serve on the organization's board of directors and propose rules and regulations for the organization, new initiatives, may serve on committees on the board, and provide oversight of the organization's management and operations.
Secretary
The Secretary of the organization helps manage and keep accurate records of the organization official meetings, rules, votes, and documentation for legal compliance, public questions, and press inquiries, sign, attest, witness, verify, as to organizational acts on documents, and do and manage administrative and management support tasks as assigned by the president of the organization and/or the board of directors.
Treasurer
The Treasurer helps do and manage the organization's finances, and conduct and assist in finance functions for the organization, and do other related tasks as assigned by the president of the organization and/or the board of directors.
Community Organizer/Lobbyist[Multiple Openings]
The Community Organizer/Lobbyist helps organization by helping and/or making business/community development plans for economic and/or community development to present to local, state, and federal government for approval of government business financing in applicable jurisdictions, helps build government and/or grassroots support for government to approve government agenda items or otherwise proposals as applicable through use of organizing, events, attending/testifying at hearings, social media, press interviews etc. and lobby government officials, advocate for good government actions, and laws/policies, and related duties, and represent and lobby government for client requests as to subsidiary for profit requests. Eventually register as a lobbyist before beginning official lobbying work.
Chief Legal Officer
The Chief Legal Officer, manages the organization's legal department, defends/and/or represents the organization in legal proceedings, oversees drafting legal documents for the organization's nonprofit and for-profit activities, provides legal advice for the organization, and related duties as assigned by the president of organization and/or the board of directors.
Chief Human Resources Officer
The Chief Human Resources Officer manages the organization's office of human resources, and does/oversees applicable HR functions, such as recruiting/interviews/hiring process, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, legal compliance related to human resources, and other related duties as assigned by the president of the organization and/or the board of directors.
Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer manages the organization's accounting department. Further, the CFO does/oversees managing and financial reports and reporting, internal auditing, provides financial advice, and other related duties as assigned by president of the organization and/or the board of directors.
Chief Science and Technology Officer
The Chief Science and Technology Officer manages and does/oversees the organization's science and technology department, supports science and technology services internally within the organization, and other related other science and technology services as assigned by the president of the organization and/or the board of directors.
